Stuffed Pepper

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 (capsicum)
  Boiled potato 1 Large
  Crumbled paneer 3 Tablespoon
  Roasted jeera powder 1 Teaspoon (cumin)
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Chat masala 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Amchur 1⁄2 Teaspoon (dry mango powder)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander chutney 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the capsicum /green pepper in half and deseed them ,sprinkle it with salt and chaat masala and keep it aside.
Heat 1 tbspn oil in a pan and add rest of the ingredients along with the potatoes and paneer and mix it all well.your stuffing is ready.
Fill the haived capsicum with the stuffing filling.
Now heat rest of the oil and and shallow fry the capsicum on both sides,till the capsicum is done but still bit crunchy.
While serving ,top it with green coriander chutney and chaat masala.

Yep, I can imagine. One more thing - how abt if you keep the stuffed bell pepper under the broiler for a min or so? Just a thought.

thats a good idea anjali ,i think you can keep it for more than that.Actually we can cook the whole thing in oven,but i am afraid if the crispness will remain in the dish or not,btw thanx for the suggestion.anytime welcome for comments :)

lovely recipe! I find amchur powder makes anything nice and peppy!! Will try it ...love the filling :)
