Boletus Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6 Large
  Boletus 5 Cup (80 tbs), chopped
  Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Canned tomatoes 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), drained
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Parboil peppers 5 minutes.
Cool.
Cut off tops and clean out seeds.
Saute mushrooms and onions in margarine 8 to 10 minutes.
Add rice, olives, tomatoes and seasonings.
Lightly pack into peppers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
