Jicama Romaine And Tomato With Hot Pepper Dressing

Ingredients
  Torn romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Jicama strips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Canned diced green chili peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a salad bowl, combine the romaine, tomatoes, jicama and cheese; set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, milk, chili peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin and hot-pepper sauce.
Drizzle the mayonnaise mixture over the romaine mixture.
Gently toss until lightly coated.
