Rice With Snow Peas And Red Pepper

Ingredients
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced ginger root/Or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Long grain white rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snow peas 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) diagonal pieces
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Toasted sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, combine stock, soya sauce, ginger and garlic; bring to a boil. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is just tender.
2. Add snow peas, red pepper and green onions. Cook, covered, for 5 minutes more or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in sesame oil, if using.
