Cheddar & Beef Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
  Green peppers 6
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Precooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove tops, clean and wash peppers.
Parboil peppers.
Cook onion in fat until tender.
Brown meat.
Add tomatoes, rice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
Simmer until rice is tender.
Add cheese, reserving a little for top of peppers.
When cheese is melted, stuff peppers, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes.
