Marinated Sweet Pepper Strips

I made this Marinated Sweet Pepper Strips over the last weekend and they turned out more than simply great. And that is why I thought of sharing this wonderful Marinated Sweet Pepper Strips recipe. Make it today!
  Olive oil 80 Milliliter (1/3 cup)
  Sweet red peppers/Green pepper 5 , cut in strips (seeded)
  Onion 1 Large, finely sliced
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped (30 ml)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped (5 ml)
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon, chopped (5 ml)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  In a skillet, heat oil and saute peppers, then drain and set aside.
–  In a bowl, combine other ingredients. Add peppers and soak for a few hours.
