  Lean pork 2 Ounce, cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes
  Beef 1 Ounce, cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes
  Chicken 1 Ounce, cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes
  Carrot pieces 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery pieces 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Potatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Dash
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash

Brown pork and beef cubes slowly in frying pan.
Add chicken cubes for last few minutes; drain.
Place meat, carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in individual baking dish.
Combine water, flour, and seasonings in screwtop jar; shake to blend well.
Pour over meat mixture.
Cover tightly and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until meat is tender and gravy has thickened.
