|Beef||1 Ounce, cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes|
|Chicken||1 Ounce, cut in 1 in. (2.5 cm) cubes|
|Carrot pieces||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion slices||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery pieces||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Potatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cubed|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Dash|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
Brown pork and beef cubes slowly in frying pan.
Add chicken cubes for last few minutes; drain.
Place meat, carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes in individual baking dish.
Combine water, flour, and seasonings in screwtop jar; shake to blend well.
Pour over meat mixture.
Cover tightly and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until meat is tender and gravy has thickened.
