Sauteed Celeriac With Green Pepper

1. Peel celeriac; cut into matchstick-thin strips. Cut green pepper into thin strips.
2. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook celeriac, green pepper, and salt, stirring frequently, until celeriac is tender-crisp, about 12 to 15 minutes.
