Roasted Bell Peppers
|Green bell pepper||1|
|Sweet red pepper||1|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), chopped|
|Fresh ground pepper||To Taste|
Cut bell peppers into thick slices (one for each face of pepper).
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Marinate sliced bell peppers in mixture 20 minutes.
Preheat barbecue or oven to broil.
Remove bell peppers from marinade.
Shake off excess liquid.
Do not dry.
Barbecue bell peppers 3 minutes each side or broil in oven 4 minutes each side.
Baste with marinade twice during cooking.
