Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Small, sliced and separated into rings
  Dried whole basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 2 , cut into 1/4 inch strips
  Sweet red peppers 2 , cut into 1/4 inch strips
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute peppers, onion, and garlic in hot oil just until tender.
Stir in salt, basil, and pepper.
