Sauteed Red And Green Peppers
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Dried whole basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green peppers||2 , cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|Sweet red peppers||2 , cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
Saute peppers, onion, and garlic in hot oil just until tender.
Stir in salt, basil, and pepper.
