Cheese And Green Pepper Omelette
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
|Cheddar cheese slice||2|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
|Red pepper||1 , sliced|
1. Beat 3 eggs with a little salt, pepper, and 2-3 tablespoons water or milk. Nutmeg and onion or garlic powder can also be used as seasonings.
2. Cook in frying pan with butter or margarine. Place slices of cheese and sliced peppers on omelet and fold over.
