This healthy recipe for kids and family is from American cuisine and it can be served as side dish.
12 Ounce (1 Package, Mini Peppers, Produce Dept)
Asian gourmet chili oil
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Asian Gourmet, International Foods)
Preheat grill on HIGH for 10 min.
Cover grill grates with nonstick grill foil
1. Toss peppers with chili oil in medium-size bowl (use spoon or wear gloves).
2. Reduce grill to MEDIUM. Grill peppers 12-15 min, turning every 2-4 min, until evenly browned and firm, yet soft. Save any remaining oil in bowl.
3. Toss grilled peppers with reserved oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
