Black Pepper Patties

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound (1 Package, Fresh, Louis Rich)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1 Large, chopped
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix turkey, bouillon and thyme in large bowl.
Shape into four 4-inch patties.
Sprinkle pepper on patties (about 1/8 teaspoon per side), lightly pressing pepper into turkey.
Cook turkey in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients in small bowl.
