Mutton Stuffed Capsicum

This Stuffed Capsicum is a desire. I love to dig into this with rice . Do try this Stuffed Capsicum and let me know if you like it ! Your suggestions are welcome !
Ingredients
  Capsicums 3 Medium
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Minced mutton/Boiled eggs / vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Stuffing)
Directions

Cut a hole at the top of each capsicum, and remove as many seeds as possible.
Stuff them with minced meat, seasoned chopped eggs or vegetables.
Heat the ghee on a low fire and lightly fry the capsicums, turning them often.
Cover and cook on a low fire till the capsicums are quite soft.
Do not add any water.
