Mutton Stuffed Capsicum
|Minced mutton/Boiled eggs / vegetables||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Stuffing)|
Cut a hole at the top of each capsicum, and remove as many seeds as possible.
Stuff them with minced meat, seasoned chopped eggs or vegetables.
Heat the ghee on a low fire and lightly fry the capsicums, turning them often.
Cover and cook on a low fire till the capsicums are quite soft.
Do not add any water.
