Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  Green bell peppers 6 Medium
  Spanish rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato sauce 12 Ounce
Directions

1. Wash and core peppers. Steam for 20 minutes.
2. Fill each with 1/2 cup Savory Spanish Rice.
3. Place in a casserole and top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
