Shrimp Green Pepper Packets

This tasty Shrimp Green Pepper Packets is a favorite amongst my guests. I prepare this tasty filling dish often for my parties! Try this yummy Shrimp Green Pepper Packets yourself!
  Shrimp 1 Pound, peeled, deveined, and rinsed
  Bottled barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Large, cut in long 1/4 inch strips
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 8 Drop

Combine shrimp and barbecue sauce; turn shrimp to coat well with sauce.
Set aside.
Divide green pepper equally on center of 4 large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Bring edges of foil up slightly to hold sauce.
Stir garlic and onion into hot butter in a skillet; cook 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and blend in a mixture of salt, pepper, ginger, and dry mustard, then the remaining ingredients.
Pour the seasoned butter over green pepper.
Divide the shrimp and sauce equally among the 4 packets.
Bring edges of foil up over mixture and seal tightly, using drugstore wrap.
Place on grill 3 to 4 inches from coals and cook about 20 minutes; turn packets over once to cook shrimp evenly.
