Stuffed Capsicum

Stuffed Capsicum has a awesome taste. The topping os cheese and butter breadcrumbs gives the Stuffed Capsicum a magnificent taste. Must catch it.
Ingredients
  Chopped cottage cheese 200 Gram (For Making The Filling)
  Shelled boiled peas 50 Gram (For Making The Filling, Boil For 5 Minutes In The Microwave)
  Skinned chopped and boiled potatoes 100 Gram (For Making The Filling, Boil For 10 Minutes In The Microwave)
  Roasted pounded cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Making The Filling)
  Chopped spring onion 1 Small (For Making The Filling)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped (For Making The Filling)
  Chili sauce 1 Dash (For Making The Filling)
  Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon (For Making The Filling)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon (For Making The Filling)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (For Making The Filling)
  Salt To Taste (For Making The Filling)
  Bread crumbs 1 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Slice off the stem ends of the capsicums and stand upright, scoop out seeds and membrane.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and microwave for 3 minutes stirring once in between.
Let it stand for 2 minutes more and then stuff the capsicums with the mixture.
Place in a shallow dish.
Top them with buttered bread crumbs, sprinkle cheese and microwave for 4 minutes.
