Presidential Chili

Ingredients
  Ground beef/Well trimmed stewing beef 4 Pound, cut into bite sized pieces (2 Kilogram)
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Chili powder 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Canned tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (375 Milliliter)
  Tabasco sauce 6 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Water 500 Milliliter (2 Cup)
Directions

Place meat, onion and garlic in large heavy bottomed pot and cook over medium heat until meat is brown.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Lower heat and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
Skim off any fat.
