Roasted Piquant Pecans
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Pecan halves/Walnut halves||1 Pound|
In a small saucepan melt butter or margarine.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Spread pecan or walnut halves in a shallow baking pan.
Drizzle with butter mixture.
Toss to coat.
Bake in a 350Â° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till roasted, stirring occasionally.
