|Pecan halves||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Angostura bitters||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
Spread pecans evenly in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 300Â° for 20 minutes.
Combine butter, Angostura bitters, and salt, pour over pecans, stirring well to coat.
Bake pecans at 300Â° an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spread on paper towels, and cool completely.
