Peppered Pecans - you can do magic with pecan halves and this recipe is one! Quite an easy recipe, the peppered pecans tend to be bit hot when the pepper quantity is increased. These peppered pecans wont disappoint you, take my word!
Hot pepper sauce
2 Clove (10 gm), minced
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
3 Cup (48 tbs)
In a small skillet, melt butter.
Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
Add worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt; mix well.
Put pecans in a large mixing bowl.
Pour butter mixture over pecans, mix well.
Spread coated pecans on a baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Spread pecans on waxed paper to cool.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
