Sugary Pecans

Ingredients
  Egg white 1
  Pecan halves 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg white and 1 tablespoon water to froth;add pecans, moistening each.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Roll pecans in sugar mixture.
Spread in pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
