Curried Pecans

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pecan halves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a skillet, over medium heat, mix together the oil, salt and garlic powder
2) Tip in the pecans
3) Cook till evenly toasted for about 10 minutes
4) Take off from the heat and add in the curry powder over the nuts and stir well
5) Once cooled, you can store the nuts in airtight containers

SERVING
6) Serve as a snack hot or at room temperature.
