Minted Glazed Pecans

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tiny marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peppermint essence 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shelled pecans 1 Pound (About 3 Cups)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, heat water, sugar and corn syrup and stir till it starts to boil
2. Turn the heat down when a spoonful of the syrup dropped in water forms a ball and melt in marshmallows, add peppermint and pecans and stir well so that the nuts are evenly coated
3. Pour this mixture on to a sheet of foil or waxed paper aand seperate white it is still warm
4. Allow to cool till the glaze is hardened and store in a airtight container

SERVING
5. Serve as per your needs
