|Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shelled pecans||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
1) In the skillet, gently heat the oil until bubbly when a nut is added.
2) Gradually add the nuts in 1 cup batches and cook over a gentle heat until the pecans are lightly browned.
3) Remove the pecans over a kitchen paper towel with a slotted spoon and immediately sprinkle with the salt.
4) Serve in a nice plate.
