Ingredients
  Butter 60 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 125 Milliliter
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Baking powder 10 Milliliter
  Salt 2 Milliliter
  All purpose flour 250 Milliliter
  Pecans 250 Milliliter, broken
  Milk 60 Milliliter
  Vanilla 5 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C before baking.

MAKING
2) Sift together the dry ingredients except sugar.
3) Beat the egg whites till they reach a stiff stage.
4) Mix butter with sugar, creaming well and then beat in egg yolks.
5) Add in flour mixture together with the beaten egg whites.
6) Finally mix in nuts, milk and vanilla to form a firm mixture.
7) Onto a buttered pastry sheet, drop teaspoon sizes of the mixture and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve warm.
