|Ground cinnamon||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1) Take a saucepan and mix all the ingredients together.
2) Heat gently until the sugar melts.
3) Stir continuously and cook to soft ball stage (about 232 degree).
4) Remove from heat and stir in pecans.
5) Arrange the pecans on a waxed paper and separate nuts.
6) Allow to cool.
7) Serve as required.
