Roasted Pecans Gourmet

Ingredients
  Pecan halves 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon (Do Not Substitute)
  Coarse salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Spread pecan halves in a baking pan.
Pour melted butter over the nuts and toss them well.
Roast nuts in a moderately slow oven at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until they are lightly colored and sizzling.
During roasting, shake them once or twice.
Sprinkle with coarse salt and a few grinds of pepper.
Shake the pan to distribute seasonings.
Cool nuts and transfer to airtight jars and store in refrigerator.
Serves 10 to 12.
