Cinnamon Pecans

Cooking is never a drag with Dee and Barbara! In this episode they show us how to make cinnamon pecans with their usual funny twist!
Ingredients
  Egg white 1 Medium
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Tablespoon
  Pecan 1 Packet
Directions

GETTING READY:
1.Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

MAKING:
2.In a bowl beat the egg white and water till frothy.
3.In another bowl mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon powder with a fork.
4.Add peacans to the egg white mixture and mix with a spatula till all the pecans get coated. Add the sugar mix and mix it once again.
5.Put the pecans on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 30 mins.
6.Spread this mix on another baking sheet as the pecans may form a hard clump.

SERVING:
7.Cool to serve with salad or just plain.
