|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Chopped filberts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fine granulated sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light.
Add remaining ingredients except granulated sugar and mix well.
With fingers, squeeze pieces of dough into 2-inch-long fingers.
Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) for about 30 minutes.
While warm, roll in granulated sugar.
