Caramel Pecan Squares

Ingredients
  Yellow cake mix 15 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pecan halves 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Or Coarsely Chopped)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°F.
Place cake mix in large bowl.
Using pastry blender or fork, cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Press in bottom of ungreased 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
Top with pecan halves.
In large heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, sugar, 1 cup butter and honey.
Bring to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly Boil 3 minutes; remove from heat Stir in whipping cream until well blended.
Pour filling evenly over pecans.
Bake at 350°F. for 17 to 22 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly.
Cool completely, cut into squares or bars.
