Grilled Pineapple With Pecans
|Pineapple||1 Large, peeled, cored, and cut into 8 slices|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Ground pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
Thread 2 slices of pineapple on each skewer.
Mix margarine with pecans and nutmeg.
Brush pineapple with flavored margarine.
Combine pecans, yogurt, bourbon, and sugar in a bowl.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently.
