Grilled Pineapple With Pecans

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1 Large, peeled, cored, and cut into 8 slices
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Ground pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bourbon 2 Tablespoon
  Light brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Thread 2 slices of pineapple on each skewer.
Mix margarine with pecans and nutmeg.
Brush pineapple with flavored margarine.
Combine pecans, yogurt, bourbon, and sugar in a bowl.
Set aside.
Preheat the grill.
Set skewers on grid over ashen coals.
Grill for about 4 minutes, turning frequently.
