|Pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange rind||1 , grated and juiced|
|Vanilla flavoring||1 Teaspoon|
Boil water and sugar until a thin syrup forms.
Flavor with orange rind and vanilla.
Mix pecans into syrup and pour on greased surface.
Break into pieces while warm.
