Pineapple-Honey Pears

Ingredients
  Pears 4 Medium, peeled, halved, and cored
  Pineapple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place pear halves, cut side up, in a 9-inch square baking dish.
Pour pineapple juice over pears.
Combine pecans, sugar, and flavorings, stir well, and spoon evenly over pears.
Pour honey on top of each pear.
Cover and bake at 350° for 55 minutes, basting once during baking.
Serve warm.
