|Pears||4 Medium, peeled, halved, and cored|

|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place pear halves, cut side up, in a 9-inch square baking dish.
Pour pineapple juice over pears.
Combine pecans, sugar, and flavorings, stir well, and spoon evenly over pears.
Pour honey on top of each pear.
Cover and bake at 350Â° for 55 minutes, basting once during baking.
