Brandied Pears

Ingredients
  Pears 12
  Light brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 18 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brandy 5 Tablespoon
  Stick butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

Remove skin from pears, leaving stems attached.
Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
Roll pears in mixture.
Place in large casserole; pour 1 tablespoon brandy over each pear.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until pears are tender.
Cover pears, if necessary.
Cream butter till fluffy; add 1 cup sugar slowly, beating constantly.
Beat in egg yolk; pour in 4 tablespoons brandy slowly.
Serve over pears.
