|Brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peppermint flavoring||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sifted flour||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Chopped canned pears||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped maraschino cherries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cream butter and brown sugar together; blend in sour cream, egg and flavoring.
Sift dry ingredients together; blend into sour cream mixture.
Drain pears; stir pears, walnuts and cherries into batter.
Drop from a teaspoon on a greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 5 to 18 minutes.
