|Grape juice concentrate||6 Ounce (1 can)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Quick cooking tapioca||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Canned pears||1 Pound, drained (1 can)|
|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a saucepan, combine grape juice and hot water.
2 Add in tapioca, sugar and salt.
3 Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
4 Remove from the heat.
5 Gradually, blend in butter and lemon juice.
6 Allow to cool to the room temperature.
7 Transfer to serving dishes.
8 Top with drained pear half.
9 Serve with sweetend light cream.
