1) In a saucepan, add together beverage, juice, vanilla, and all spice.
2) Put a rack in the saucepan place pears on it.
3) Heat the liquid to a boil.
4) Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until pears are soft.
5) Remove the pears in a bowl.
6) Dredge the pears with the sweetener.
7) Fill the depression of each pear with a berry.
8) Place 2 halves on a dessert plate and divide the remaining berries between 2 portions.
