  Canned pear halves 14 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained Or 398 Milliliter)
  Mandarin orange segments 1 Can (10 oz), drained (284 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger root/1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In serving bowl, combine all ingredients; mix gently.
Serve at room temperature.
