Ingredients
  Water 310 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 310 Milliliter
  Vanilla 5 Milliliter
  Pears 6 , pared, cored
  French vanilla ice cream 750 Milliliter
  Raspberry sauce 500 Milliliter
  Small strawberries 500 Milliliter, hulled, washed
  Whipping cream 375 Milliliter, whipped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, vanilla, let it boil and then reduce heat and allow it to simmer.
2) Poach pears in the simmering syrup, then drain, cool, and chill it.
3) In champagne glasses, place 1/2 cup ice cream, top with pear, smother with sauce, and garnish with strawberries.

SERVING
4) Top with whipped cream and serve.
