Stuffed Pears

Ingredients
  Pears 10 Large
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggless mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Diced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 4
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bing cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Peel and core pears; dice and sprinkle with lemon juice and salt.
Combine whipped cream and mayonnaise, add to pears and celery.
Chill.
Just before serving, pile mixture in lettuce cups; sprinkle with nuts.
If desired, garnish with bing cherries.
