  Pears 3
  Lemon jelly 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Packet)
  Cream 125 Gram (1/2 Cup)
  Powdered sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 4 Drop
  Biscuits 6
  Whipped cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Peel pears and cut each of them into two halves.
Remove seeds.
Prepare syrup by combining one cup sugar and 3/4 cup water.
Simmer pear in syrup for two minutes.
Turn once or twice during cooking.
Drain pears when syrup is cold.
Dissolve jelly according to directions on packet.
Pour jelly mixture in a deep flat dish.
Arrange pears and leave to set.
In the meantime, dissolve 1/4 teaspoon gelatine in one teaspoon water and add it to 3/4 cup cream.
Chill for half an hour.
Beat with a spoon, add sugar and essence and mix well.
Fill cream in paper cone and pipe like ripples on the set jelly.
