Flaming Pears Foster

Ingredients
  Peeled bananas 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
  Peeled sliced pears 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rum 3 Tablespoon, divided
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 2
  Cinnamon stick 3 Inch
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place banana and pear slices in an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray.
Set aside.
Combine orange juice, 2 tablespoons rum, and next 4 ingredients in a small saucepan, stir well.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Remove cinnamon stick and cloves,discard.
Pour orange juice mixture over fruit, and bake at 400° for 15 minutes, basting every 5 minutes.
Place remaining 1 tablespoon rum in a small, long-handled pan; heat just until warm (do not boil).
Ignite with a long match, and pour over fruit mixture.
Stir gently until flames die down.
Spoon fruit mixture into individual dessert dishes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
