Baked Pear Halves

  Ripe pears 2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Graham cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diet margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon

1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Pare pears and cut lengthwise in half; using teaspoon, scoop out core. Rub a little lemon juice over all cut surfaces to prevent discoloration.
3. Place pears core side up in lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; add water to dish. Drizzle a little honey over each pear half. Cover dish tightly with foil.
4. Bake pears for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Remove foil. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted diet margarine and cinnamon; sprinkle over pears. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
