Pears are a healthy choice! This Pink Pears are prepared with pears and food colors. Let the honeyed flavor and beckoning perfume of fresh chilled pears bewitch your senses. Follow these simple steps and enjoy the Sweet and succulent Pink Pears!
Ingredients
  Pear halves in their own juice 16 Ounce
  Red food coloring 4 Drop
Directions

Drain juice from the pears into a glass bowl.
Add red food coloring and stir to blend.
Add pears, making sure pears are completely immersed in the liquid.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 day to chill and absorb the pink color.
With a slotted spoon, remove pear halves to 4 chilled lettuce trimmed plates.
Optional: Place a mint sprig in the cavity of each pear half.
