2 Cup (32 tbs) (Peeled)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Heat pears and water in large saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil; simmer 5 to 10 minutes until pears are fork-tender.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; stir into pear mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened.
