To Microwave: Drain pears; place cut sides up in 8-inch square microwave-safe dish.
Drizzle syrup and lemon juice over pears.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH (100% power) 2 to 3 minutes.
Baste with juice.
