Delicious Poached Pear

This elegant poached pear recipe is simple to make, but tastes incredible. Chef Keith Snow creates a delicious & healthy dessert from fresh pears, walnuts, and homemade caramel sauce in this short cooking video.
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bosc pears 3 , peeled (Ripe)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 3 , zest of whole orange
  Whole lemon 1 , zest of lemon

1. Use a zest er and remove zest from citrus fruits, squeeze juice from oranges and lemon
Combine sugar, juices, water and pears in a sauce pan just large enough so pears are almost covered and standing upright. If necessary, cut off bottom of pears so they stand straight.
2. Bring liquid to simmer and poach pears for 25 minutes until tender, but not too soft!
When done , drizzle Cajeta sauce over pears and enjoy!
