Peanut Wheat Crunchies
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Oats||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Large Flake)|
|Coarsely chopped salted peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cream butters together.
Beat in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Blend the flour with salt, baking powder and soda.
Stir into butter mixture.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Form into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with floured fork.
Bake at 375Â°F for 8 minutes or until they start to brown.
Cool on pan for 2 minutes.
Remove to rack.
