|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted|
|Salted peanuts||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), chopped|
Cream butter; add sugar gradually.
Blend in flour, vanilla and peanuts.
Pinch off 1-inch balls of dough.
serve as desired.
